Some of the weight lose from juicing is temporary (your basically cleaning out your intestines, and you’ll probably lose water weight). Depending on how long you do it I’m sure some of that will be fat loss as well, but I don’t know the exact proportions. I really don’t do it to lose weight though, I do it to detox and to discipline myself. I had probably 5 or 6 drinks per day (around 250 - 300 calories each)… but I didn’t really count, I just drank it when I was hungry. I go to costco and buy veggies in bulk. They go bad kind of quickly though so for a week you might have to make several trips!
